What is a governed AI workforce?
A governed AI workforce is a set of AI workers that perform business work under roles, permissions, policies, and human escalation. It is not a single chatbot window and not an unconstrained agent.
Is the Throdl Workforce product generally available?
No. The public Workforce product is in development / early access. Internal AI Manager agents used in Throdl operations are not the completed public Workforce product.
How is a governed AI workforce different from a chatbot?
A chatbot answers questions in a conversation. An AI agent can take actions toward a goal. A governed AI workforce assigns the right worker under management rules, records the result, and escalates to a human when needed.
