How Throdl thinks about the architecture
Business capabilities come first, then authorization and policy, then an Agent Gateway, then protocol adapters. MCP may be one adapter. MCP is not the product category, and transactional actions are not claimed as generally available.

Connect is in development / early access. Throdl is not claiming that quotes, booking, payments, ordering, or support actions are generally available through customer AI agents today.
Is MCP the Throdl Connect product?
No. Connect is about business capabilities, authorization, and an Agent Gateway. Protocol adapters such as MCP may connect external agents to that gateway. MCP is not the product category.
